OE - 32

OE 32 from 1977 with new engine and two spreader inmast furler mast is sold by the third owner. A well-maintained and updated boat with a very stable hull, good sailing characteristics and really good comfort on board.

OE 32 was designed by Olle Enderlein in 1971. The idea behind the design was to create a high-quality long-distance sailor that, in addition to its practical functions, is also beautiful to look at. The design succeeded and the OE 32 became one of the most built boats in the OE class with around 200 examples.

In total, the boat has 5 berths including the sofas in the saloon where the backrests can be opened to create full-size berths. The floor plan is classic with chart table and a pilot berth directly starboard of the entrance and the L-shaped galley to port. In front of the saloon there is room for the toilet and further forward you enter the v-berth cabin with an amble double berth. The cockpit is spacious and safe with able space for storage in lazarets to port and aft in the cockpit and a further one under the aft deck with space for two large LPG bottles. The interior of this boat is of a high standard.

This example has been updated and maintained well over the years. Among other things, in 2021 the boat has been equipped with a powerful Yanmar engine of 39 hp for smooth propulsion on windless days as well as to be able to make good progress through rough seas and strong headwinds. Furthermore, the boat has in 2016 been fitted with a new two spreader Selden rigg with inmast furler. An integrated stern platform has been added with headsail mounted. The hull has in 2013 been cleaned down to bare GRP and built up with new epoxy primer and antifouling. See the PDF above for a complete equipment list.
